Exploration on Path of Cooperative Development Between Wuxi Higher Vocational Education and Regional Economy

无锡高职教育在人才、技术、培训等方面为区域经济发展提供了有力支撑,但由于所培养的制造类人才技术技能相对单一,专业布局与产业结构匹配度不高、高职院校科研水平总体偏弱等问题,其服务区域经济转型升级能力还有待进一步加强。需要精准对接制造类产业需求,培养卓越技术技能型人才;深化产教融合,提升服务区域产业转型升级能力。

Wuxi higher vocational education provides strong support for regional economic development in terms of talents,technology and training.However,due to the relatively single technical skills of manufacturing talents,not high matching between specialty layout and industrial structure,and the weak level of science research in higher vocational colleges,their ability to serve regional economic transformation and upgrading needs to be further strengthened.Thus,it is necessary to precisely dock manufacturing industry needs to cultivate the excise technical skilled talents,and deepen the integration of industry and education as well as enhance the ability to serve regional industrial transformation and upgrading.
