德国高校三元制模式分析——以下莱茵应用技术大学为例 被引量:3

摘要 职业教育、职业继续教育与高等教育的融合是德国教育改革的一个方向,近几年也出现了实现融合的三元制模式,解决了一些行业紧缺人才的问题。以下莱茵应用技术大学为例,分析三元制的内涵及与双元制的区别,从入学资格申请流程、培养模式、学习模块等方面对三元制模式进行梳理,并指出这一模式深入推广的现实意义与主要挑战。 The integration of vocational education,vocational continuing education and higher education is one of the directions of German education reform.In recent years,the Ternary System mode with the aim of integration has also emerged to solve the shortage of talents in some industries.Taking Lower Rhine University of Applied Technology as an example,this article analyzes the connotation of the Ternary System and the difference between the Ternary System and the Dual System,and does up the Ternary System from the aspects of admission application process,training mode and learning module.Based on the results of analysis,the practical significance and major challenges has been put forward in deep promoting of the Ternary System.
