罗马尼亚技术和职业教育与培训认证体系构成、特色及启示 被引量:1

On Constitution and Characteristics of Romanian Technical and Vocational Education and Training Certification System and Enlightenment to China

摘要 在国家质量框架的指引下,罗马尼亚政府先后建立了各类质量保障机构和专门的国家认证机构,从而构建了职业教育认证制度。罗马尼亚通过7项质量指标评估认证职业教育供给者的教育质量,指导职业教育供给者进行自我评估建设校级质量保障体系,形成了'授权——认证'两步走、出版质量保证手册、根据学习成果认证和评估资格的教育认证特色。借鉴罗马尼亚经验,形成多元多方的评价方法,大力推进职业教育信息化建设将有利于我国建立职业教育认证制度。 Under the guidance of the national quality framework,the Romanian government has successively established various quality assurance institutions and specialized national certification institutions,which constitutes a vocational education certification system.Romania had passed 7 quality indicators,through which the education quality of vocational education suppliers was evaluated,and the school-level quality assurance system was reconstructed based on suppliers’self-assessment.Based on that,Romania has formed its characteristics,which include the'authorization-certification'two-step process,the publication of quality assurance manual,and the certification and evaluation of qualification according to learning outcome.Learning from Romania’s experience,forming a multifaceted evaluation method and vigorously promoting the construction of vocational education informatization will be conducive to the establishment of vocational education certification system in China.
