摘要
应用技术研发能力和社会服务水平大幅提高是高职创新发展的重要内容。在分析广东省高等职业教育质量年度报告、广东省普通高等学校科研统计数据的基础上,探讨广东高职院校社会服务基本现状。以问卷调查结果为依据,深入挖掘广东高职院校在社会服务平台建设、技术成果转让、校企深度融合等方面存在的问题。从政府、高职院校、企业及教师四个层面研究提升广东高职院校社会服务能力的策略,认为政府层面应完善社会服务相关法律法规;高职院校层面应健全社会服务管理机制,设立和完善社会服务机构及平台;企业层面应拓宽产学研合作范畴,提高社会服务的能力与效果;教师层面应坚持引进与培养并举,加强高职院校社会服务师资队伍建设。
The R&D ability of applied technology and the significant improvement of social service level are important contents of innovation and development in higher vocational colleges.Based on the analysis of the annual report on the quality of higher vocational education and the statistical data of scientific research on general higher education institutions in Guangdong Province,the paper discusses the basic situation of social service of higher vocational colleges in Guangdong.According to the results of the questionnaire survey,the problems existing in the construction of social service platform,the transfer of technological achievements and the deep integration of colleges and enterprises in higher vocational colleges in Guangdong are deeply explored.To improve the higher vocational colleges’ability to serve society,the measures can be taken from the four levels of government,higher vocational colleges,enterprises and teachers:The governments should improve laws and regulations related to social services;higher vocational colleges should improve the social service management mechanism as well as set up and improve social service institutions and platforms;enterprises should broaden the scope of industry-university-research cooperation and improve the ability and effect of their social services;teachers should be enhanced by introducing and training teachers and teachers’ability to serve society should be strengthen.
