摘要
高等学徒制是英国现代学徒制体系的重要组成部分,是培养高技能型人才的重要模式。高等学徒制满足了英国青年的教育需求,促进了英国青年的就业,完善的政策保障机制和组织保障机制是英国高等学徒制取得成功的重要原因。英国高等学徒制的实施显著改善了青年人的受教育现状,提高了学生与雇主的满意度。借鉴英国高等学徒制的成功经验,我国应完善现代职业教育体系,完善现代学徒制的政策和组织保障机制。
Higher apprenticeship is an important part of the modern apprenticeship system in Britain,and is an important mode to cultivate high-skilled talents.Higher apprenticeship meets the educational needs of the youth,and further promotes the employment of youth in Britain.The important reason for the success of higher apprenticeship in Britain is the perfect guarantee mechanisms in policy and organization.The implementation of higher apprenticeship in Britain has significantly improved the education status of youth and the degree of satisfaction of students and employers.Drawing on the successful experience of British higher apprenticeship,China should perfect the modern vocational education system,and optimize the guarantee mechanisms in policy and organization for modern apprenticeship system.
