摘要
产教融合型企业的生成与我国产业形态、经济运行模式和职业教育发展水平三者之间的支撑关系紧密相连。产教融合型企业是主动推进制造业转型升级的优质企业,认定的核心依据是出资测算,收益的渠道来源可仰取俯拾,风险的防范化解能因势利导。产教融合型企业的发展具有化解办学经费困局、破解从教身份困境、纾解育人模式困难等多维价值。基于企业行为的视角,通过组合激励,唤醒产教融合型企业的社会行为;通过制度规约,校正产教融合型企业的经济行为;通过社会监督,引导产教融合型企业的道德行为。
The formation of the production-education integrated enterprise is closely related to the supporting relationship among China’s industrial form,economic operation mode and development level of vocational education.The production-education integrated enterprise actively promote the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing quality enterprises,the core basis that maintains is contributive,there are many revenue streams,it’s a good way to prevent and defuse financial risks.The production-education integrated enterprise could resolve the dilemma of shortage of school-running expenditure,gain the status of an educator,better training of workers.Based on the perspective of enterprise behavior,through the combination of incentives,to wake up the social behavior,through the rules and regulations,it corrects the economic behavior,through social supervision,guide the moral behavior.
