摘要
模块化作为一种改革现代职业教育和培训的手段,能灵活适应经济、技术和社会变化,提高职业教育的一致性和效率。缘于'职业贯穿教育'和'教育是为了工作'不同理念的德国、苏格兰代表了职业教育模块化改革的两种不同路径。德国和苏格兰不同改革模式对世界各国职业教育模块化改革具有很强的启示意义,尽管都强调对职业发展与职业教育培训的理论关注,但如何建立一个连贯透明、反应迅速的职业教育和培训体系已成为职业教育模块化改革的重要内容。
As a means to reform modern career education and training,modularization can flexibly adapt to economic,technological and social changes and improve the consistency and efficiency of vocational education and training.Germany and Scotland,which have different concepts of'career throughout education'and'education for work',represent two different paths of the modularization reform of career education.The different reform modes of world vocational education modular reform in Germany and Scotland has strong implications,though emphasize on career development and vocational education and training theory,but how to build a coherent,transparent and responsive vocational education and training system has become an important focus of the modular reform of vocational education.
