摘要
当前应用型本科院校酒店人才培养存在很多问题,如培养目标定位不明确,职业操守和职业素质培养欠缺,人才培养模式雷同,师资结构不合理,教学监管体系不完善。针对上述问题,全域旅游背景下酒店应用型人才建设应从以下几方面加强:优化应用型人才培养模式,建设高质量的'双师双能型'师资队伍,深化校企合作,完善监管体系,加强学生职业素养教育。
At present,there are many problems in hotel talents training in Applied Colleges and Universities,such as unclear training objectives,lack of professional ethics and professional quality training,assimilation of talent training mode,unreasonable teacher structure and imperfect teaching supervision system.In view of the above problems,under the background of global tourism,the construction of application-oriented hotel talents should be strengthened from the following aspects:Optimizing the training mode of application-oriented talents,building a high-quality'dual-teachers and dual-abilities'teaching staff,deepening school-enterprise cooperation,improving the supervision system,and strengthening students’vocational quality.
