Pilot Modern Apprenticeship System in Higher Vocational Colleges: Influencing Factors and Improving Countermeasures

摘要 通过调研21个浙江省高职院校,298名专业负责人、教学管理人员和专业教师,采用因子分析法分析高职院校现代学徒制关键影响因子,结果发现:明确学校、企业和学徒三方的职责与权利、人才培养模式及招工招生形式属于前三位重要关键影响因子。从高职院校视角提出明确政府、高职院校、企业三方在人才培养中的主体地位,完善教学管理与运行机制,创新现代学徒制人才培养模式,推进招生招工一体化,以岗位职业能力为导向重构课程体系,共建共用师资队伍,加快企业课堂和跨企业培训中心建设等改进措施。 Through the investigation on 298 specialty leaders,teaching managers and professional teachers of 21 higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang Province,by using the Factor Analysis Method to analyze the key influencing factors of the modern apprenticeship system in higher vocational colleges,it is found that the top three key influencing factors are defining the responsibilities and rights of schools,enterprises and apprentices,the personnel training mode,and the recruitment forms.Based on this,from the perspective of higher vocational colleges,it is proposed to clarify the principal position of the government,higher vocational colleges and enterprises in personnel training,improve the teaching management and operation mechanism,innovate the modern apprenticeship of talents training mode,promote the integration of recruiting students and recruiting workers,reconstruct the curriculum system with the orientation of post vocational ability,co-build and share a team of teachers,and accelerate the construction of enterprise classroom and cross-enterprise training center.
