新时代背景下职业教育校企融合发展的问题与出路

Problems and Solutions of the Development of School-enterprise Integration in Vocational Education in the New Era

职业教育校企融合是新时代职业教育现代化发展的内在要求。推动职业教育校企融合发展,需要从宏观设计、中观控制以及微观实践三个层面来夯实基础,其中,对接产业调整专业结构是前提、'企赢为先'是粘合剂、职业院校'主动出击'是突破口、政府'搭台牵线'是保障。目前,在我国职业教育校企融合发展进程中,面临着职业院校吸引力不足、企业存在一定忧虑、政府职能定位不清以及行业组织缺位等问题。对此,建议加快构建政策法规支撑体系,建立校企融合的长效运行机制,增强政府引导力,提升职业学校社会服务能力,深化校企融合发展的精神内核,以破解职业教育校企融合发展的难题。

The integration of school and enterprise in vocational education is the inherent requirement of the modernization of vocational education in the new era.To promote integration of school and enterprise in vocational education,we need to lay a solid foundation from three aspects:macro design,middle control and micro practice.Among them,the docking industry adjustment professional structure is the premise of the integration of school and enterprise,'enterprise wins first'is the glue,the initiative of vocational colleges is a breakthrough,the governmental platform and'matching the line'is the guarantee.At present,in the process of school-enterprise integration of vocational education in China faces the problems of insufficient attraction of vocational colleges,certain worries of enterprises,unclear positioning of government functions,and lack of industry organizations.In this regard,it is recommended to speed up the construction of policy and regulation support system,establish a long-term operational mechanism,enhance government guidance,enhance the social service capabilities of vocational schools,deepen the spiritual core of school-enterprise integration development.
