摘要
提高教师专业发展水平是落实职业教育改革创新和提升人才培养质量的重要保障。教师个体的自主性对于自身专业发展具有决定性意义,学校要创新机制激发教师专业发展的自主性,教师个人亦要发挥自身的自觉能动性。在专业化发展过程中,教师可自主地选择与实施教学观摩、知识学习、实践锻炼、教学反思与行动研究等五种专业发展方式。教育管理部门与学校要为教师专业自主性发挥提供有利的环境,包括为教师减负、尊重教师主体性、提升幸福感以及构建专业发展引领服务机制等。
Improving teachers’professional development level is an important guarantee for implementing the reform and innovation of vocational education and improving the quality of personnel training.The individual autonomy of teachers is of decisive significance for the development of their own profession.Schools must innovate mechanisms to stimulate the autonomy of teachers’professional development,and individual teachers must also exert their own conscious initiative.In the process of professional development,teachers can independently choose and implement five kinds of professional development methods such as teaching observation,knowledge learning,practical exercise,teaching reflection and action research.Educational administration departments and schools should provide a favorable environment for teachers’professional autonomy,including reducing burdens for teachers,respecting teachers’subjectivity,enhancing their happiness,and building a leading service mechanism for professional development.
