新工科建设背景下学科交叉融合人才培养模式的探索与思考 被引量:28

摘要 新工科建设背景下,工程技术人才的培养由以往的注重实践应用和侧重实际操作转向培养适应经济社会发展需要、体现本校特色、具有较强实践创新能力的综合型工科人才。实现学科交叉融合越来越成为高等工程院校人才培养的一大发展趋势。新工科院校推进学科交叉融合人才培养模式探索,以培养大批高素质新型工程技术人才为目标,需要树立以工程能力为核心的跨学科培养理念,建立学科交叉融合人才培养的体制机制,开设广泛覆盖的学科交叉融合课程,探索校企深度融合的企业学院模式,拓宽学生的国际视野。 Under the requirements of the era for new subject development,the training of engineering and technical personnel has changed from focusing on practical application and operation to cultivating comprehensive engineering talents who have strong practical and innovative abilities,meet the needs of economic and social development,and reflects the characteristics of their own school.Achieving interdisciplinary integration has increasingly become a trend of talent cultivation in engineering colleges and universities.In order to promote the exploration of the training mode of interdisciplinary integration talents,new engineering colleges and universities should aim at cultivating a large number of new high-quality engineering and technical talents,construct the concept of interdisciplinary training with engineering ability as the core,establish the system and mechanism of interdisciplinary integration talents training,and open a wide range of interdisciplinary integration courses,and explore the deep school-enterprise integrated enterprise college mode,and broaden students’international vision.
