融入粤港澳大湾区背景下的粤北高职院校产教深度融合路径

粤港澳大湾区建设的深入开展为粤北高职院校带来前所未有的发展机遇,产教深度融合问题逐渐成为研究热点。产教深度融合涉及政校行企湾五方,各方利益诉求不相同,要实现协同联动,同时激发五方积极性至关重要。粤北高职院校要融入粤港澳大湾区建设,必须以产教深度融合为抓手,采取加强顶层设计、激发企业参与积极性、深化地方高职教育改革、建设产教融合服务平台等策略。

The deepening of the construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area have brought unprecedented opportunities to higher vocational colleges in northern Guangdong.And the issue of the in-depth integration of industry and education has gradually become a research hotspot.The deep integration of industry and education involves the five parties.The interests of all parties are not the same.How to coordinate the linkage and stimulate the enthusiasm of the five parties is of utmost importance.In order to integrate into the construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,the higher vocational colleges in North Guangdong must adopt the strategies of strengthening the top-level design,stimulating the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate,deepening the reform of local higher vocational education,and building a platform for the integration of production and education services.
