领军人才研修经历对教师专业发展影响的质性研究——基于对江苏省职业院校40名领军教师的调查 被引量:1

摘要 领军人才研修经历是教师领悟新时代职业教育发展使命、提升先进教育理念、拓宽职业视野、推动专业发展的重要途径。通过质性研究方法,对江苏省第四届职业教育领军人才教师班40位领军教师进行调查,研究领军研修经历对教师专业发展的影响因素。研究发现,研修对领军教师专业成长具有显著效果,但同时存在可优化空间。需要将领军人才培养计划纳入党委政府人才发展规划,纳入大教育人才范畴,拉长培养链条,发挥主观努力。 The leading talent training experience is an important way for teachers to comprehend the development mission of vocational education in the new era,enhance the advanced education concept,broaden their occupational prospects and promote professional development.Through the qualitative research method,40 leading teachers of the Teachers’Class of Fourth Vocational Education Leading Talents in Jiangsu Province were investigated to study the influencing factors of the leading training experience on the professional development of teachers.Through the study,it is found that advanced study and training has a significant effect on the professional growth of leading teachers,but at the same time there is room for optimization.It is necessary to incorporate the leading talent training plan into the talent development plan of the party committee and government,to be incorporated into the category of large-scale education talents,to lengthen the training chain,and to exert subjective efforts.
