摘要
职教领域教育硕士人才培养定位有其特殊性,而其具体的人才培养过程中又面临众多现实困境,因此需要由多元主体共同来完成,包括国务院学位委员会批准的试点院校,相关的行业企业以及职业院校,这些主体形成了职教领域教育硕士人才培养共同体。职教领域教育硕士人才培养共同体应努力通过培养主体的协同化、课程设置的融合化、导师队伍的团队化和考核评价的多元化来保障共同体的高效运行,以实现职业技术教育领域教育硕士人才培养质量的提升。
The orientation of training masters in education in vocational education has its particularity,and it faces many real dilemmas in the process of its specific talent cultivation.Therefore,it needs to be completed by multiple entities which include experimental institutions approved by the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council,relevant enterprise industries and vocational colleges.These subjects form a community of education masters in the field of vocational education.Under the guidance of the community concept,exploring the construction of the Master of Education in the field of vocational education from the perspective of the synergy of the training subject,the integration of the curriculum,the team of the instructor team and the diversification of the evaluation to ensure the efficient operation of the community.
