摘要
工程博士导师组制作为我国培养创新型工程技术领军人才的重要制度保障,其内在机理主要包括制度设计理念、制度运行过程和制度运行成效三个方面。在明晰内在机理的基础上,发现工程博士导师组制存在科学和技术融合理念模糊、运行中分工协调机制不健全、运行成效评价不完善等问题。基于此,建议从'以科学与技术的融合逻辑作为工程博士导师组制的设计依据''明晰工程博士导师组内不同导师的权责''建立工程博士导师组制的长效评价机制'三个维度来优化工程博士导师组制,以促进工程博士导师组制的高效协调运行,从而促进工程博士培养质量的持续提升和工程博士教育的健康发展。
The engineering doctoral supervisors’organizational system is an important institutional guarantee for China’s cultivation of leading innovative engineering and technical talents.The inner mechanism mainly includes three aspects:system design concept,system operation process and system operation effectiveness.on the basis of the inner mechanism being clarified,it is found that the engineering doctoral supervisors’organizational system has problems such as the fuzzy concept of science and technology integration,the imperfect coordination mechanism of the division of labor in operation,and the imperfect evaluation of operational effectiveness.Based on this,it is suggested that the engineering doctoral supervisors’organizational system should be optimized from three dimensions,namely,the'taking the science-technology-integration logic as the design basis of the engineering doctoral supervisors’organizational system','clarifying the authority and responsibilities of different supervisors in the engineering doctoral supervisor team'and'building the long-acting evaluation mechanism of the engineering doctoral supervisors’organizational system'to enhance the highly-efficient and coordinated operation of the engineering doctoral supervisors’organizational system and thereby to promote the continuous improvement of the engineering doctor cultivation quality as well as the healthy development of the engineering doctoral education.
