高职院校专业设置与办学定位关系辨析与重塑

新的时代背景下,职业教育正处于改革发展的关键时期,很大程度上迷失在高等教育大众化进程中的办学目标定位趋同严重阻滞着其内涵发展,而新时期的职业教育大变局和新占位要求高职院校跳出传统思维定式,以走向大职业教育观思想来窥视高职专业设置与办学定位内在逻辑关系,探究专业设置规律,回应不可替代的职业教育特殊类型。专业设置与办学定位的内在逻辑关系显著,应从办学类型、办学层次、培养目标、办学特色、服务面向五个内容维度来深刻诠释与拓展高职教育的'职业性'与'教育性',架构高职专业设置的理论逻辑框架与运行规则,重塑二者关系内涵,助推高职院校纵深式改革。

Under the new background of the times,vocational education is in the critical period of reform and development,to a large extent,the convergence of school-running goals lost in the process of popularization of higher education seriously hinders its connotation development,the great change and new occupancy in the new era requires higher vocational colleges to break away from the traditional thinking pattern,and peeps at the internal logical relation between specialty settings and school-running orientation in Higher Vocational Education from the perspective of greater vocational education,explores the law of professional settings,responses to the irreplaceable special types of vocational education.Trace to its source,care realistic,the internal logic relationship between specialty seeting and schoolrunning orientation is significant.Based on vocational education is a unique educational perspective different from the general education,the orientation of running a school profoundly interprets and expands the'professionalism'and'educativeness'of Higher Vocational Education from five aspects:the type of running a school,the level of running a school,the training goal,the characteristics of running a school and the service orientation,sets up the theoretical logical framework and operating rules of settings,remodels the connotation of their relationship,promots the deep reform of Higher Vocational Colleges.
