摘要 '成长需要'理念下的教师培训需求是教师个体内生的,教师培训需求分析是为教师发展和专业生命成长服务,需要着眼于教师未来的自主发展和潜能开发,关注教师积极的专业发展和教师已有的经验。当前的教师培训需求分析逻辑起点错位,过多关注组织需求和岗位需求,而教师自身的成长需求则被排挤到边缘地位。应然的教师需求分析模式应明确教师需求在培训需求中的中心地位,重视个性化的需求供给,关注教师的自主成长和潜能实现。 Needs of teacher training is individually endogenous under the concept of growth needs,and the needs analysis of teacher training is to serve teachers’development and their professional life growth.It should focus not only on teachers’future autonomous development and potential development,but also teachers’positive development and their existing experiences.The current logical starting point of needs analysis of teacher training has been misplaced,with too much emphasis on organizational needs and position needs,while teachers’personal growth needs have been marginalized.The pattern of needs analysis of teacher training should make explicitly the central status of teachers’needs in the process of needs analysis,attach importance to personalized needs provision,and pay close attention to teachers’autonomous development as well as potential realization.
