新生代农民工职业素质养成路径的影响及构建 被引量:5

摘要 新生代农民工在义务教育之后如何继续接受更有效的职业素质培养是值得关注的问题。新生代农民工职业素质养成路径根据其定居意愿不同可以分为三种模式,即人力资本积累模式、自主学习模式和职场应对模式。典型案例呈现出在具体的职业素质培养过程中学校教育仍起着最重要的作用,其次是师徒教育、在职培训等。总之,社会各方应形成合力促进新生代农民工职业素质的养成,包括扩大职业培训的范围和机会,拓展将职业教育与学历教育融合的方式以及应用新型信息技术提升职业培训的效果等。 How the new generation of rural laborers continue to receive more effective vocational quality training after compulsory education is a matter of concern.According to their different willingness to settle down,vocational training can be divided into three types:human capital accumulation mode,self-learning mode and workplace mode.Typical cases show that school education still plays the most important role in the process of specific vocational quality training,followed by teacher-apprentice education and on-the-job training.In short,all sectors of society should form a joint effort to promote the professional quality of the new generation of rural laborers,including expanding the scope and opportunities of vocational training,expanding the integration of vocational education and academic education,and applying new information technology to enhance the effectiveness of vocational training.
