摘要
平均受教育年限反映一个国家或地区的人均受教育程度,职业教育与普通教育具有同等重要的地位,在提高国民平均受教育年限方面具有和发挥着重要的作用。在概述平均受教育年限的定义与计算方法的基础上,指出我国平均受教育年限的现状与不足,总结职业教育在提高我国公民平均受教育年限上的地位和作用,在此基础上提出职业教育在提高平均受教育年限上的新举措。
The average years of education reflects the per capita education level of a country or region.Vocational education and general education are equally important,and play an important role in improving the average years of education.On the basis of summarizing the definition and calculation method of the average years of education,this paper points out the current situation and shortcomings of the average years of education in China,summarizes the status and role of vocational education in improving the average years of education of Chinese citizens,and puts forward new measures of vocational education in improving the average years of education.
