高职院校制度环境对专业带头人成就动机影响研究——基于全国26所高职院校的实证调研 被引量:6

Research on Impact of Institutional Environment on Academic Leaders’ Achievement Motivation in Higher Vocational Colleges——An Empirical Study Based on 26 Higher Vocational Colleges in China

摘要 通过对全国26所高职院校332名专业带头人的实证调研,提出并验证了高职院校制度环境、专业带头人成就动机、身份认同之间的关系模型。高职院校制度环境对身份认同、成就动机具有预测作用;身份认同对成就动机具有预测作用;身份认同在制度环境与成就动机之间起到了部分中介作用。高职院校需要彰显专业带头人的专业权威,确立专业带头人专业建设领导者的角色定位;完善激励机制,构建以专业建设绩效为依据的考核评价制度;落实赋权增能,以专业带头人为领袖加强基层教学组织建设。 Based on the empirical research of 332 academic leaders in 26 higher vocational colleges in China,this paper puts forward and validates the relationship model among institutional environment,achievement motivation and identity recognition of academic leaders in higher vocational colleges.Institutional environment can predict identity recognition and achievement motivation;identity recognition can predict achievement motivation;identity recognition plays a part of intermediary role between institutional environment and achievement motivation.Higher vocational colleges need to highlight the professional authority of academic leaders,establish the role orientation of academic leaders in specialty construction,improve incentive mechanism to build evaluation system based on specialty construction performance,implement empowerment to strengthen the construction of grass-roots teaching organizations with academic leaders as the leaders.
