粤港澳大湾区高职专业设置与产业结构的适配性

On Adaptability between Industrial Structure and Specialty Structure of Higher Vocational Education in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Zone

高职教育是粤港澳大湾区经济转型升级的重要支撑,在大湾区实施创新驱动发展战略背景下应深入研究适应现代产业体系的专业结构优化方向和发展策略。基于对大湾区现有产业结构、就业结构和专业结构的适配性分析,探讨高职专业设置调整策略,包括构建专业设置调控预警机制,探索区域内学分、资格和学历互认制度,充分发挥大湾区职业教育产教联盟作用,促进高职专业集群发展,进行中长期预测规划专业布局等。

Higher vocational education is an important support for the economic transformation and upgrading in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Zone.Under the background of innovation-driven development strategy in the Greater Bay Zone,we should study in depth the direction and strategy of professional structure reform adapted to the evolution of industrial structure.Based on the analysis of the present situation of adaptability between industrial structure,employment structure and specialty structure in Greater Bay Zone,this paper expounds the strategies for adjusting specialty structure,including constructing the early warning mechanism for specialty settings,exploring the system of mutual recognition of credit,qualification and academic qualifications within the region,broadening the role of the Greater Bay Vocational Education Industry-Education Alliance,promoting the development of the specialty clusters in higher vocational colleges,and making medium-and long-term prediction and planning of the specialty layout.
