职业教育教师专业素养研究——基于扎根理论的职业教育教师政策分析 被引量:11

摘要 职业教育教师政策文本中关于职业教育教师专业素养的论述反映了国家对职业教育教师专业素养的要求。运用扎根理论对1993年以来我国职业教育教师政策文本进行编码分析发现,职业教育教师政策文本中对教师专业素养的要求主要集中于师德与专业理念、理论知识、实践知识、基础教学能力、实践教学能力和专业发展能力,这六个方面共同构成了指向'双师型'目标的职业教育教师专业素养的基本结构。为进一步促进职业教育教师专业素养的发展,国家层面要营造有利的政策环境,职业院校层面要建立有效的师资培养培训机制,教师个人层面要实现自主的教师专业素养发展。 The discussion on the professional qualities of vocational education teachers in the policy texts reflect the state’s requirements for professional qualities of vocational education teachers.Using grounded theory to encode and analyze the policy texts of vocational education teachers in China since 1993,it is found that the requirements of teachers’professional qualities in the policy texts of vocational education teachers mainly focus on teachers’morality and professional ideas,theoretical knowledge,practical knowledge,basic teaching abilities,practical teaching abilities and professional development ability.These six qualities together constitute the basic structure of professional quality of vocational education teachers that point to the goal of'dual-qualification'.In order to further promote the development of vocational teachers’professional qualities,the three recommendations are as follows:At the national level,a favorable policy environment should be created;at the vocational college level,an effective teacher training mechanism should be established;at the individual teacher level,it is necessary to achieve the independent development of teachers’professional qualities.
