摘要
目的 :观察中药白花前胡对麻醉猫急性心肌梗死时血清酶活性及心肌梗死面积变化的影响 ,探讨白花前胡的作用。方法 :采用整体麻醉开胸猫心肌缺血模型 ,闭塞冠状动脉 40min后经十二指肠给药 ,分别测定血清中乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)、肌酸激酶 (CK )及其同功酶 (CK MB)和心肌梗死面积的变化。结果 :白花前胡 0 .2g/kg ,1.0g/kg组给药 5h分别使左心室心肌梗死面积从对照组的 (2 3 .6± 6.7) %减小至 (15.0± 5.7) %和 (13 .9± 6.7) %(P <0 .0 5) ;两种剂量白花前胡均明显降低心肌梗死 5h后血清中LDH、CK MB的活性 ,分别由对照组的 (61.1±12 .8) %和 (191.1± 2 2 5.2 ) %降至 (9.1± 44.6) % ,(-1.5± 87.2 ) %和 (3 2 .6± 46.8) % ,(75.0± 3 2 .5) %(P <0 .0 5) ;结论
Objective:To investigate the changes of lactate dehyd ro genase ( LDH), creatine kinase (CK), creatine kinase MB (CK-MB) in serumand t he size of acute myocardial ischemia injury (AMI), when using a crude extract ofPeucedanum praeruptorum in AMI. Methods: The LDH, CK, andCK-MB in serum and size of AMI were determined in open-chest anesthetized cat s undergone 5-hour occlusion of the left anterior descending coronary artery. Results: Latroduodend administration of Peucedanum praeruptor um (0.2 and 1.0 g·kg -1 ) resulted in a decrease of the size of AMIto (15.0±5.7)% and (13.9±6.7)% from(23.6±6.7)% (P<0.05) , and LDHand CK-MB decreased to(9.1±44.6)%, (-1.5±87.2)% and (32.6±46.8)%, (7 5.0±32.5)% from (61.1±12.8)% and (191.1±225.2)% (P<0.05). Conclu sion: The crude extract of Peucedanum praeruptorum had protective e ffects onAMI.
