甲状腺摘除及甲状腺激素替补治疗对大鼠组织蛋白质更新的影响

摘要 甲状腺激素对蛋白质合成和降解都有促进作用。随着方法学的进展,有必要采用新的同位素示踪法进一步测定甲状腺激素对蛋白质合成和降解速率的影响。我们利用可同时测定多种组织蛋白质更新率和估价蛋白质合成和降解状态,并可用于非稳态研究的改良双同位素法,对摘除甲状腺和甲状腺激素替补治疗大鼠组织蛋白质更新速率的影响作了初步研究。 The protein turnover rates of pancreas, spleen, liver, and brain in rats were determined by double isotopic method and the effect of thyroidectomy and thyroid hormone replacement therapy on these rates was investigated. In normal adult rats, the protein turnover rate was fast in pancreas, some what lower in spleen and liver, and lowest in brain. After removal of thyroid glands, these rates were decreased: they may increase to normal level or more by various doses of T3 replacement therapy. These results suggest the tissue protein turnover of adult rats is controlled by the thyroid hormones.
