血栓素B_2放射免疫分析的初步应用

Preliminary Report on Application of Thromboxane B_2 Radioimmunoassay

正常时血栓素A2（TXA2）和前列环素（PGI2）在体内处于动态平衡,两者失调,可能诱发某些疾病发生。通过测定生物样品中TXA2的稳定代谢产物血栓素B2（TXB2）的含量可反映机体内TXA2的水平。我们应用自制的放免分析盒,对几种与TXA2有关疾病的患者和内毒素血症大鼠血浆TXB2含量进行了测定。

Contents of thromboxane B2 (TXB2) as proaggregatory thromboxane A2 metabolite were measured by radioimmunoassay in plasma of patients and rats with endotoxemia. The results indicated that the contents of TXB2 in cases of angina pectoris. diabetes with complications and pregnancy toxem-ia were significantly higher than that of normal controls. Plasma TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1a contents were also higher in endotoxemic rats than in the controls. These results suggest that a balance between TXA2 and PGI2 plays an important role in certain physiological and pathological conditions.
