电针刺激对角叉菜胶诱发大鼠胸膜炎渗出液量及其中TXB_2、6-Keto-PGF_(1α)浓度的影响

摘要 采用放射免疫测定法,观察角叉菜胶诱发胸膜炎的渗出液量与渗出液上清中TXB_2、6-Keto-PGF_1α浓度及TXB_2/6-Keto-PGF_1α(T/K)比值变化的关系,电针刺激的抗炎性渗出作用及对渗出液中TXB_2、6-Keto-PGF_1α浓度及其比值的影响。结果,渗出液量与渗出液中的T/K比值呈明显的直线负相关,即在致炎12h内随着渗出液中T/K比值的下降,渗出液量逐渐升高;在致炎24h后,随着T/K比值的缓慢升高,渗出液量又逐渐减少。电针刺激使胸膜炎炎性渗出明显减轻的同时,渗出液中TXB_2、6-Keto-PGF_1α浓度下降,但T/K比值明显升高,提示渗出液中T/K比值升高可能是电针刺激抗炎性渗出的物质基础之一。 Relationship between exudate volume and ratio of TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1α (T/K) in rats with carrageenin-induced pleurisy were studied with radioimmunoassay (RIA) as well as anti inflammatory effect of electro-acupuncture. Results suggest that exudate volume is negatively proportional to levels of 6 Keto PGF1α , TXB2 and T/K ratio, i. e. , an increace in exudate volume being noticed 12 h after pleurisy induction with simultaneous decrease of T/K ratio in exudate. Both levels of TXB2, 6-Keto-PGF1α and exudate volume in carrageenin-induced pleurisy were found to be reduced by electro-acupuncure. the former being decreased to a less extent, suggesting of increase of T/K ratio as physiological basis of anti-inflammatory effect of electro-acupunture.
