Effect of Peanut Extract on T-activated Red Cells

在配血工作中,有时会遇到多凝集或全凝集观象,其原因之一是红细胞T抗原被激活,这种红细胞叫T激活细胞。据报道花生提取液具有抗T特异性,能凝集T激活细胞。本文用肺炎球菌制备T激活细胞,收集并制备18种花生提取液,结果18种花生提取液都具有抗T特异性。

In blood cross matching, normal sera may agglutinate T-activated red cells. A method to check T-activated red cells was investigated. T-activated red cells were prepared with pneumococcus. extract of 18 species of peanut were collected and prepared. No agglutination was found when the extract was mixed with A1 , A2, B, O and cord blood red cells. However, agglutination did occur when the extract was mixed with T-activated red cells. Thus, extract solution peanut and lectin of dolichos biflourus is valuable to check polyagglutination.
