摘要 比较了5个纯种品系小鼠、2个远交系封闭群小鼠以及C_57BL/6N与DBA/2杂交第一代小鼠对OA的IgE抗体应答.除NIH小鼠外所有试验品系小鼠对1μgOA和1mgAl(OH)s免疫均未测出初次和二次IgE抗体;当佐剂剂量增至2mg时,LACA小鼠可产生抗OAIgE抗体,特别是5~10μgOA免疫组可诱导出中等水平的IgE抗体应答,二次应答尤较其它品系小鼠明显;NIH小鼠最初实验表现出良好的IgE抗体应答,但个体差异大,重复性欠佳。文中对多数品系小鼠对OA的IgE抗体应答能力较差的原因进行了讨论。 The present study was undertaken to investigate IgE antibody response to ovalbumin immunization with Al (OH)3 gel as an adjuvant in five inbred strains (BALB/c, C57BL/6N, C3H, DBA/2 and LACA) , two outbred strains (close colony NIH and KM) of mice and hybrids of (C57BL/6N X DBA/2) F1. It was found that with the exception of NIH, all strains of mice tested tould not induce a detectable primary and secondary IgE response after immunization with 1 μg of OA and 1 mg of Al (OH)3. However, as the dose of the adjuvant was increased up to 2 mg, anti-OA IgE antibody was raised in LACA mice. At 5-10 μg doses of OA, LACA mice gave easily detectable and boostable anti-OA IgE response. In preliminary study NIH mice gave good OA specific IgE response, but significant individual differences in immune response and poor reproducibility were found later. Most strains of mice tested in this study failed to evoke a clear cut anti-OA IgE response, it maly be related to: i) the mice developed tolerance to OA after feeding a diet containing egg in their whole life; ii) the genetic background and its change may affect the immune response of mice and iii) microbes existing in environment may influence the immune response of mice to the immunogen injected.
