摘要
目的 :研究一氧化氮 (NO)在卵巢切除后鼠椎间盘组织中的含量 ,并探讨其意义。方法 :6月龄雌性SD大鼠 64只 ,实验组 3 2只 ,行双侧卵巢切除术 ;对照组 3 2只 ,行假手术。术后 3个月两组分别以Prodigy骨密度仪作大鼠腰椎骨密度值 (BMD)测定 ;同时分别摘取子宫组织 ,进行病理学检查 ;分别取两组大鼠L4 ~L5 椎间盘 ,取匀浆液测定NO和一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)含量。结果 :大鼠腰椎BMD两组之间有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;病理学检查实验组子宫明显萎缩 ;椎间盘NO含量实验组为 (13 .195± 0 .0 45)nmol/mgPr ,对照组为 (10 .3 99± 0 .0 3 6)nmol/mgPr ;术后 3个月实验组大鼠椎间盘NOS含量实验组为 (3 .487± 0 .0 2 4)U/mgPr ,对照组为 (2 .766± 0 .0 2 1)U/mgPr。两组之间均有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :NO和NOS在卵巢切除鼠椎间盘的退变中起重要作用。
Objective: To study the content of nitricox ide (NO) in intervertebral discs of SDrats undergoneovariectomy and its sign ificance. Methods: We randomly divided 64 SD rats of 6 monthsold into 2 groups. The experiment group received ovariectomy in both sides. Thematched control group received false surgical operation. After 3 months, the bon e mineral density (BMD) of the lunar vertebrae of the rats of 2 groups were meas ured with the Prodigy bone density machine. At the same time, pathologic examina tion was performed in tissues of uterus of rats. The contents of NO and nitric o xide synthase (NOS) were measured in syrup of the L 4 and L 5 interver tebral discs of rats in both groups. Results: Three months aft er the operation, significant difference was found in the BMDof the lunar vert ebra of rats between the experiment group and the control group ( P<0.01).Ob vious atrophy was found in uterus tissues of rats in the experiment group. The c ontent of NO in intervertebral discs of rats in the experimental group 3 monthsafter the operation was(13.195±0.045) nmol/mg protein and (10.399±0.036)nmol/m g protein in the control group. The content of NOS inintervertebral discs of r ats in the experimental group 3 months after the operation was (3.847±0.024)U/m g protein and (2.766±0.021)U/mg protein in the control group. The difference wa s significant (P<0.01). Conclusion: The NO and NOS play animportant role in the retrograde of intervertebral discs of rats undergone ovar iectomy.
