摘要
随着生物材料技术发展以及人们生活水平的提高,传统多焦点人工晶状体虽然能初步解决白内障以及老视患者远视力和近视力问题,但其中间距离视力缺失以及容易产生的眩光、夜视力差不良视觉效果等问题仍困扰着患者。近年来以改善中间距离视力和改善眩光、夜间视觉质量等为优势的新型多焦点人工晶状体,不仅可提供连续高质量视力,而且能降低光学干扰发生率等,已成为临床热门选择。该文将综述目前国内外广泛应用的几款新型多焦点人工晶状体的设计原理、临床应用效果及存在的问题。
With the improvement of biomaterial technology and people’s living standards,traditional multifocal intraocular lens can initially solve the problems of cataract and distant and near vision problems in presbyopia patients,but the lack of distance vision and glare problem that is easy to be produced,night vision difference and poor visual effects still plagued the patients. In recent years,the new multifocal intraocular lens which have the advantage of improving the medium-distance vision,not only provide continuous high-quality vision,but also reduce the incidence of optical interference,and have become a popular choice in clinical practice. In this paper,we review the design principles,clinical application effects and existing problems of several new intraocular lens that are widely used at home and abroad.
