Experience introduction of triple therapy from professor ZHANG Dong-yue in the treatment of Ⅱ and Ⅲ degree rectal prolapse

直肠脱垂是指肛管、直肠粘膜、直肠全层和部分乙状结肠向下移位的一种疾病。松弛下移的直肠有的脱出肛门之外,称"外脱垂"[1]。发病原因与患者发育情况、饮食结构以及解剖结构均有关系,病因复杂多样化,具有不明确性[2]。尤其是重度直肠脱垂患者直肠以及肛管完全脱出于肛门外部,造成便秘以及大便失禁等症状,对患者是日常生活带来极大不便,严重影响其生活质量水平。因此,对直肠脱垂的治疗方法进行研究探讨具有重要意义。

Rectal prolapse is a disease with the symptom of anal, rectal mucosa, a full-thickness and partial sigmoid colon downward shift. Rectum going outside anus is called 'external prolapse'[1]. Causes are related to situation, diet structure and anatomical structure, the pathogen and etiology are complex and uncertain[2]. Especially severe patients with rectal prolapse rectum and anal completely pulled out of the anus outside, with constipation and fecal incontinence and other symptoms which brings inconvenience to daily life and seriously affects the quality of life. Therefore, the treatment of the rectum prolapse has important significance.
