复方白芷喷剂治疗风热犯表型鼻咽部炎症的疗效观察

Clinical observation on treatment of wind heat invading type nasopharyngeal inflammation by compound Baizhi Spray

目的:临床观察复方白芷喷剂治疗急性上呼吸道感染的疗效。方法:将120例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各60例,分别予复方白芷喷剂及病毒唑15-20mg/kg、α-糜蛋白酶5mg、地塞米松2.5mg加生理盐水20ml超声雾化吸入。结果:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:复方白芷喷剂治疗急性上呼吸道感染疗效显著。

To observe the efficacy of compound Baizhi spray in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection treatment .Methods :120 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 60 cases in each group, respectively given,Compound Baizhi spray and ribavirin 15-20mg/kg, α-chymotrypsin 5mg, 2.5mg dexamethasone 20ml normal saline mist ultrasound of inhalation. Results: The efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group. Conclusion: Compound Baizhi spray has a good effect on acute upper respiratory tract infection.
