辨证论治心痹50例

Treatmentof 50 cases with cardiac obstruction based on syndrome differentiation

目的:探讨中医辨证治疗心痹临床疗效。方法:选取来我院就诊患者50例,依据临床表现,进行辨证分型,并给予对证中药方剂治疗。结果:胸痹心痛疗效中,显效37例,改善9例,总有效率为92%。临床证侯改善中,显效44例,改善4例,总有效率为96%。结论:中医辨证施治可有效治疗心痹,安全有效,值得我们进一步学习与研究。

To investigate the clinical effect of TCM treatment of cardiac obstruction. Methods: 50 patients treated in our hospital were selected and givensyndrome differentiationand the corresponding prescription ofTraditional ChineseMedicinetreatment based on clinical manifestations. Results:The curative effect of chest pain: 37 casesweremarkedly effective, 9 caseswereimproved and the total effective rate was 92%. The clinical symptom improvement:44 cases were markedly effective,4 caseswereimproved, the total effective rate was 96%. Conclusion: Traditional ChineseMedicine is effective in thetreatment of cardiac obstruction withsafety and effectiveness, which isworthy of our further study and research.
