对首次发病的脑卒中偏瘫患者,入院病情稳定,进行早期功能锻炼,包括良肢位的摆放,按摩和被动运动、主动运动及心理护理等措施,可有效预防瘫痪肢体挛缩、抑制痉挛、保护肢体的良好功能,为康复训练奠定了基础,达到药物治疗所不能治愈的目的。

Early functional exercise shoud be emphasized for first episode stroke patients with hemiplegia who are hospitalized in stable conditions, including good limb position, massage, passive exercise, active exerciseand psychological nursing, etc. The above functional exercises can effectively prevent paralyzed limb contracture and inhibiting spasm and protect the good function of limbs in order to lay foundations for rehabilitation training and achieve the curative effect that drugs therapy cannot reach.
