慢性胃炎脾虚患者应用四君子汤的胃动力优化效果分析

Analysis on optimization effect of gastric motility for chronic gastritis patients with spleen deficiency treated with Sijunzi decoction

目的:分析慢性胃炎脾虚患者应用四君子汤的胃动力优化效果。方法:常规组应用莫沙必利治疗,研究组应用四君子汤治疗,比照两组临床疗效、胃排空率及胃电图等改善情况。结果:研究组总有效率为94.03%,显著高于常规组的79.10%。两组治疗前胃排空率无显著差异,治疗后均显著改善,研究组治疗后胃排空率稍比常规组好,但是无显著差异。研究组正常慢波出现比率显著高于常规组,节律过缓波形出现频率显著低于常规组,两组节律过速波形出现频率无显著差异。结论:慢性胃炎脾虚患者应用四君子汤疗效确切,可显著缓解胃动力不足。

To analyze the optimization effect of gastric motility for chronic gastritis patients with spleen deficiency treated with Sijunzi decoction. Methods: Patients in the routine group were treated with Mosapride, while patients in the research group were treated with Sijunzi decoction. The clinical curative effect, gastric emptying rate and electrogastrogram of the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate of the research group was 94.03%, significantly higher than that of the routine group 79.10%. There was no significant difference on gastric emptying rate. All of them improved after treatment. The gastric emptying rate of the research group was better than the routine group without obvious difference. The normal slow wave ratio of the research group was significantly higher than the routine group, but the frequency of slow wave rhythm was significantly lower than that of the routine group. The frequency of rhythm speed wavein two groups had no significant differences. Conclusion: Sijunzi decoction has exact curative effect on chronic gastritis patients with spleen deficiency and relief the symptom of lack of gastric motility.
