空心螺钉固定配合中药治疗股骨颈骨折40例临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on 40 cases of femoral neck fracture treated with cannulated screw fixation combined with Chinese medicine

目的:观察空心螺钉固定配合中药治疗股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法:对40例股骨颈骨折病人行空心螺钉固定配合中药治疗,随访2年,观察骨折愈合及股骨头坏死情况。结果:37例获随访,其中优21例,良12例,差4例。结论:空心螺钉固定配合中药治疗股骨颈骨折效果明显,能有效防止股骨头缺血性坏死。

To observe the clinical efficacy of cannulated screws combined with Chinese medicine in the treatment of femoral neck fractures. Methods: 40 cases of femoral neck fractures treated with cannulated screws combined with Chinese medicine were followed up for 2 years to be observed the condition of fracture healing and necrosis of the femoral head. Results: 37 cases were followed up, of which 21 cases were excellent, 12 cases effective, 4 cases poor.. Conclusion: The cannulated screw fixation combined with Chinese medicine has obvious effect on femoral neck fractures and effectively prevent osteonecrosis .
