摘要
本文通过测定胡杨异形叶的气体交换参数,探讨其光合作用的日变化特征及其影响因素,旨在为胡杨林天然种群的保护和开发提供理论依据和参考.结果表明,胡杨不同形态叶片的光合能力存在明显差异.胡杨阔卵圆形叶具有较高的光合能力和碳固定效率,但叶肉导度较低;而披针形叶则对低浓度的CO_2更加敏感,同时叶肉导度较高.胡杨生长发育过程中,不同形态叶片适应荒漠环境的光合生理生态机制存在明显不同.
The photosynthetic characteristics of Populus euphratica were studied by measuring the gas exchange parameters of leaves.The results showed that there were significant differences in photosynthetic capacity of different leaves of P.euphratica.The photosynthetic capacity and carbon fixation efficiency of broad-oval leaves was higher,but the mesophyll conductance was lower.While the photosynthesis of lanceolate leaves was more sensitive to the lower CO2 concentration,and the mesophyll conductance was higher.It is obviously different for the physiological and ecological mechanisms of photosynthesis of heteromorphic leaves in the growth and development of P.euphratica.
