Improvement of the Technological Innovation Ability of China Ethnic Regions Based on Factor Analysis

民族地区技术创新能力是决定民族地区经济发展水平的关键因素.通过建立民族地区技术创新能力的评价指标体系,以民族8省2012~2016年的面板数据为依据,运用因子分析得出我国民族8省近5年的技术创新能力得分与排名情况,并利用聚类分析将民族地区技术创新能力分为积极发展型和保守落后型.对研究结果进行剖析,总结制约各民族省区技术创新能力提升的关键因素,并提出民族地区技术创新能力提升路径及对策建议.

The ability of technological innovation in ethnic areas is a key factor in determining the level of economic development in ethnic areas.Through the establishment of the evaluation index system of technological innovation ability in ethnic areas,based on the panel data of the eight ethnic regions in 2012-2016,the factor analysis was used to obtain the scores and rankings of technological innovation ability in the eight ethnic regions of China in the past five years.Cluster analysis was used to divide the technological innovation ability of ethnic regions into positive development and conservative backwardness.It was summarized the key factors that restrict the improvement of technological innovation ability in various ethnic areas,and proposed the improvement path of technological innovation ability in ethnic regions and countermeasures.
