摘要 Objective To investigate the associations betweengenetic variations of DNA polymerase kappa ( POLK)and treatment response to platinum-based chemotherapyof small cell lung cancer (SCLC),and to analyze the influencingfactors on survival. Methods Five haplotypetaggingsingle nucleotide polymorphisms ( htSNPs ) ofPOLK were genotyped by Sequenom MassARRAY methodsin 1 030 SCLC patients who received platinum-basedchemotherapy,resulting in different response and survivaltime. The associations between SNPs and treatment responsewere analyzed by computing the odds ratios(ORs) and 95% confidence intervals (CIs) from logisticregression model. Cox regression was used for survivalanalysis between SNPs and overall survival by computingthe hazard ratios (HRs) and 95% CIs.
