摘要
利用ANSYS对单直管型科里奥利质量流量计进行有限元建模和结构动力学分析:通过模态分析,得出前六阶固有频率和振型;进行谐响应分析,分析结果表明单直管型科里奥利质量流量计两拾振器对称安装是必要和合理的,还得出激振力的最佳激振频率为测量管的一阶固有频率;进行了谱分析,得出两拾振器安装位置对应的最佳节点编号区间。
Finite element model was established based on single straight tube coriolis mass flowmeter, and structural dynamics of the finite element model was analyzed. Then the first six orders of mode shapes and their natural frequencies of the finite element model were obtained by model analysis. Harmonic response analysis was also performed, analysis result showed that the two vibration pickups of single straight tube coriolis mass flowmeter were installed symmetrically was necessary and reasonable. And also, the result showed that the best excitation frequency of exciting force was the first natural frequency of the measuring tube. Then spectrum analysis of the finite element model was taken, and the best node number interval corresponding to the two vibration pickups' locations were obtained.
