Siemens Coal Preparation Control System Based on PLC

炼焦化学工业是煤炭化学工业的一个重要部分,它的前提是必须有一个完善的备煤控制系统。本文设计一套完善的备煤过程控制系统以实现生产过程自动化,系统采用现场总线技术、西门子PLC控制系统和WINCC组态软件进行相关控制方案的设计和监控界面的组态,以完成备煤生产系统的自动控制,从而解决各个子系统与子系统之间的衔接、系统内部及外部的设备连锁、工况信息的记录等问题。

Coking chemical industry is an important part of the coal chemical industry,its premise is that there must be a perfect coal preparation control system.This paper designs a set of perfect coal preparation process control system in order to achieve the production process automation,system uses the fieldbus technology,Siemens control configuration of PLC system and WINCC software control program design and monitoring interface,automatic control of coal preparation production system to complete,so as to solve the various subsystems and between the subsystems cohesion,the system of internal and external equipment chain,condition information records and other problems.
