摘要
介绍燃煤电站锅炉风烟取引压装置的常见缺陷及影响,针对取引压装置的堵塞阐明了补偿式连续防堵吹扫和免拆装式定期防堵吹扫两种管路吹扫优化改造方案,并结合实际情况经过对比后实施了后者。实践证明,免拆装式定期防堵吹扫方案更适合于已建成运行的燃煤电站锅炉风烟取引压装置的管路吹扫优化改造,亦为其它类似技术问题提供参考。
Common defects and effects of air and gas pressure sampling device for coal-fired boiler are introduced. Clarified two pipeline purge improvements, compensative consecutive purge and take-downless regular purge, which aim at blockage of pressure sampling device, and put the later of the two into practice according to practical sit uation af ter compar ison. It has been proved that take-downless regular purge improvement ismore suitable for the coal-fired boiler which has been completed and running. It also provides references for other technical issues.
