流量计在35T燃气锅炉给水调节上的应用

Flowmeter in the Application of 35T Gas Boiler Feedwater Regulationon

传统锅炉给水泵连续恒速运行,依靠调节给水管道调节阀和回流支路实现水位控制的调节方法,目前已经改变为采用流量计与上位机、PLC以及变频器控制给水泵转速,共同参与锅炉给水的自动实时控制,但是流量计在其应用过程中也存在着可靠性欠佳、故障时而发生等问题,本文就其维护检修的一些经验、教训,采取的较为可靠的措施作一简述。

The traditional boiler feed water pump of continuous constant speed operation, rely on the regulation of water supply pipeline control valve and reflow branch implementation method of regulating water level control, has now changed to use flowmeter and PC, PLC and inverter control water pump speed control, automatic real participation of the boiler feed water, but the flowmeter in the application process alsoexists the problem poor reliability, fault happen sometimes, some of the maintenance experience, lessons, take reliable measures are reviewed.
