摘要
风力送丝系统是卷烟生产线中的重要环节,老的电控系统采用PROFIBUS-DP网络,在实际使用过程中受到众多因素影响造成网络运行不稳定,经常出现间歇性、无规律闪断的通讯故障,严重影响正常生产。本文介绍了使用PROFINET架构对风力送丝系统进行升级改造,改造后网络信号抗干扰能力强,故障率低,网络稳定性得到根本改善,为生产连续性提供了有效保障。
Pneumatic feeding system of cut tobacco is an important part of the production line. The old electrical control system who uses a PROFIBUSDP network goes unstably because of all kinds of unknow factors in the actual use, and often appears the intermittent, irregular flash in communications.These malfuctions seriously affected the normal production. This paper describes how to updatethe pneumatic feeding system of cut tobacco using the PROFINET. And after transformating, the antijamming capability of network signal becomes stronger, the failure rate is lower, the network stability will be fundamentally improved, and it also provides effective protection for the continuity of production.
