摘要
针对甲醇三塔精馏单元装置的工艺特点,使用多变量模型预测控制软件辨识获得甲醇精馏装置各主要变量之间的模型,并以此模型建立精馏单元的先进控制器,提高装置的平稳率,实现卡边控制,达到节能降耗,提高装置产能,提升装置自动控制水平,降低操作人员的劳动强度。
According to the characteristic of a triple- column methanol distillation section,a multivariate model predictive control software was applied to gain the interactive model among critical variables,based on which an advanced process controller was formulated.The distillation production can be benefit from the advanced process controller as a side control strategy was introduced in the controller formulation,which can reduce the energy consumption of the distillation columns and increase the production capacity.Meanwhile,the automation degree of the distillation section is greatly improved and the labor intensity of operators is cut down.
