The Study to Mornitoring Industrial Gas Emission Based on Wireless Data Transmission

系统主要硬件有感应和处理气体信息的气体传感器,对采集量进行补偿和模数转换的转换器TLC2543,最后对信息进行分析的核心硬件AT89C51单片机。无线模块采用n RF905实现无线远程通信,数据由发射端发送,接收端接收后经串口通信传送给上位机,并对数据进行传送监控。整体系统分两个部分:单片机系统和无线模块。

A gas sensor sensing and processing information of gas,a TLC2543 convertor compensating and A/D converting the analog values sampled and the core hardware AT89C51 MCU analyzing information consist the main hardware devices of the system.The chip nRF905 is used as wireless model and is responsible for data transmission and receiving.Data which received are transmitted into upper computer and are mornitored.The whole system is divided into two parts:single chip microcomputer system and the wireless model.
