摘要
紫外—可见分光光度计通常配备多块滤光片,能满足多样化的分析需求。滤光片表面经镀膜处理,有机膜容易滋生细菌霉变,从而导致该滤光片所在的波段不可用。霉变滤光片测定敏感度较低,吸光度波动,绘制的工作曲线相关系数低。通过扫描,磷酸盐显色产物在440nm波长下有明显的吸收,且使用的是不同的滤光片,工作曲线相关系数较好,可以暂时替代霉变的420nm滤光片完成磷酸盐的测定。
UV/VIS Spectroscopy has several ray filters which are covered by special member so that can meet diverse requirement of analysis.Whereas these members are vulnerable to microbes mold,leading to its wave range unavailable.It is found that phosphate coloring product has obvious absorbance at 440 nm,which uses another ray filter.Obtained working curve is of perfect linearity and can take place of moldy 420 nm for the analysis of phosphate.
