摘要
国内压缩式垃圾车普遍运用开关式单定量泵的液压控制系统,功率损失大且油温偏高,不能同时进行上料和压缩,作业效率低、运动不平稳而冲击大。基于负载敏感的压缩式垃圾车新型比例控制技术,实现了压缩式垃圾车采用先进的液压控制系统,提高液压系统效率而降低了油温,使单泵定量液压系统的压缩式垃圾车可同时进行上料和压缩,提高了作业效率,改善了动作调速特性使得运动平稳,冲击小。通过此技术实现的液压控制系统,使压缩式垃圾车在性能上得到了较大的提升,为压缩式垃圾车的研发提供了技术途径和借鉴。
The hydraulic control system of switch type single quantitative pump is widely used in domestic compression garbage truck, with high power loss and high oil temperature,failing to simultaneously feed and compress and the operation efficiency is low. The motion is not steady and the impact is large. Based on load sensitive compression garbage truck scale control technology, An advanced hydraulic control system for compressed garbage truck is completed. It improves the efficiency of hydraulic system and reduces the oil temperature, so that the single pump quantitative hydraulic system of compressed garbage truck can be feeding and compression at the same time to improve the operating efficiency, improving motion speed regulation characteristics and making the movement smooth and less impact.The hydraulic control system realized by this technology has greatly improved the performance of the compressed garbage truck, and provided a technical approach and reference for the development of the compressed garbage truck.
