胶质瘤中EGFR基因异常及其靶向性治疗研究进展

摘要
胶质瘤的形成与发展是一个复杂的过程。其中癌基因EGFR的激活、过表达或扩增、重排,为形成恶性胶质瘤的重要分子途径之一。开展对EGFR的信号转导干预治疗的研究,包括反义核酸、酪氨酸激酶抑制剂、特异性抗EGFR单克隆抗体及RNA干涉等,对恶性胶质瘤的治疗具有重要意义。
